By paying a deposit and submitting a booking form you are agreeing to our booking conditions, as detailed below.
Deposit:
You will receive a booking form following your initial enquiry and you should submit this along with your £200 deposit.
Refundable Bond:
£150 per booking. This should be paid in addition to the balance, 8 weeks before your holiday and will be returned to you promptly after your holiday, once we have the keys back and have confirmed the condition of the villa.
Balance:
The balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday.
Cancellations:
Cancellation Charges are as follows;

Smoking:
For the comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Problems:
We aim to make your stay at Villa Luxor as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
Should you have any problems, our local contact details will be available for you in the villa and we should be able to deal with most eventualities quickly.

It is a condition of booking that you have your own comprehensive travel insurance to cover all members of your party before commencing your holiday.
We do not accept liability under any circumstances for death, personal injury, loss or damage of personal effects caused whilst residing at Villa Luxor.
