Prices include:

Transfers to and from Dalaman airport, welcome pack, air-conditioning, cleaning, bath towels, pool/beach towels and bed linen.

Deposit:

£200 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking.

Refundable Bond:

A refundable bond of £150 per booking is required and this should be paid with the balance 8 weeks before your holiday.  This will be returned to you very shortly after your holiday, once we have received the keys and have confirmed that the villa has been left in an acceptable condition.

Balance:

The balance and refundable bond are payable 8 weeks before your holiday.

Checking In/Out:

The villa will be available from 4.00 p.m. on arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on departure date, this may be flexible according to other bookings.
